Job Overview

The Customer Support Engineer (CE) is responsible for post-sales support. The CE is responsible for install/de-install activity, upgrades, software and hardware trouble shooting/repair and overall customer satisfaction.

1. install
2. de-install
3. upgrades
4. hardware repair
5. software repair
6. standby 7 x 24 on rotational basis with other engineer(s)
7. performance reporting
8. hi-track support
9. overall customer satisfaction

Primary Qualifications

Should have exposure to hardware/software
Must have SAN experience (both hardware and software)
Must have at least 3 years of Storage service experience

Other:

Must be a self-starter, initiator
Must be able to work overtime and be on standby
Must have effective transportation and ability to support customer activities on 24X7 basis.
