Internet Research Associate
Asset Staffing specializes in providing temporary secretarial, word processing, legal and back office operations support personnel for Fortune 500 Companies, as well as leading Miami based Companies. We are now actively recruiting for candidates to join our client’s team of skilled professionals as Web Research Associates.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of web research and computer terminology and concepts * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint * Ability to be highly organized and able to prioritize * Excellent written and verbal communications skills and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively * Data Entry skills * Team player with the ability to train new team members and share ideas * Must be able to multitask and be adaptable * Highly organized and able to prioritizeJob Duties Include:
* Research companies via the web to collect various data points * Develop and manage accurate records in a database * Identify incorrect information or duplicate information on data worksheets and remove or flag data * Report any obscurities to management in a timely manner * Flag records with suspicious information * Compare information against known data points * Follow-up on projects and meet deadlines * Perform other duties of business necessary as required by managementShifts vary: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm.
