Essential Job Functions

* Directs the integration of assigned projects from initial requirements definition to acceptance. * Works with the range team to define highly complex system requirements to achieve acceptance of systems. Ensures test strategies are adequate and match requirements. * Coordinates with other organizations and government and civilian personnel to ensure the seamless and timely integration of assigned products. * Participates in acceptance testing and reports status and issues to senior management and the client. * Reports potential problems that could delay or disrupt integration services. * Leads acceptance decision making activities and prepares the acceptance recommendation for the client. * May represent the company at all project meetings and reports project acceptance status to senior management and the client. * May provide leadership to other professional employees.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a technical discipline or related field preferred * Six or more years of directly related experience with command, control and communication systems * Experience working with requirements analysis, design, build, installation, test, and operational acceptance phases of engineering as they relate to instrumentation systems * Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition process and experience working with test and integration concepts and systems engineering * Must obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance, which requires US Citizenship or US Naturalization. * Valid US Driver’s license required.
