About the Job
As an Inside Account Executive, your primary job will be to follow-up with prospects who have already expressed an interest in our products and Services either via the phone, email or directly from our website. You will have to make outbound calls with existing customers and cold calls as well!
Your job will be to answer in-bound prospect questions about the product and Services(features, pricing, etc), host web demonstrations and or in person of the product and services and field general support questions as well as making outbound follow-up calls with prospects who have expressed explicit interest in our product and who have tested (tried) our product.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be exposed to all facets of how a successful web software business is run including support, training, demonstrations, webinars, web marketing and business development. This is a great opportunity to work closely with company founders who have successfully run several businesses in the past.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving inbound sales calls from interested prospects
- Managing inbound sales inquiries (following up via email and telephone)
- Helping out with inbound support calls
- Make outbound cold calls
- Make outbound calls with existing customer base
- Hosting Demonstration Webinars (via web conferencing)
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficient Typing Skills
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Internet and Web Terminology
- Comfortable using Internet / Web Tools
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong ability to SELL!

- Good Knowledge of Internet/Web Concepts
- Ability to work with a small, high-energy team
- Sales and Support Background a plus
