Web Analyst

About the Job
Major responsibilities:
· Leads efforts with other members on the Web site team to continually improve processes for day-to-day maintenance of Web sites.
· Leads development and deployment of all back-up responsibilities for the Web site administrator.
· Captures and analyzes Web traffic, user feedback, and customer satisfaction survey data to form and deploy weekly and monthly action plans to address findings. Combines quantitative and qualitative approaches to identify opportunities for self-service technology within the data collected; develops a cost-benefit analysis, creates a project plan, and guides the project through its lifecycle to implementation.
· Performs system administration duties related to the content management system (Stellent). This would include developing process flows required for the development of workflows within Stellent that tracks all CMS-mandated content contributions.
· Maintains support documentation related to process modifications, including those relevant to maintaining CMS standards and ISO compliance.
· Leads workgroups within the division on an as-needed basis to further enhance the usability of Web sites.
· Continually reviews and analyzes Web sites for improvements.
· Performs other duties as the supervisor may, from time to time, deem necessary.
Competencies, skills, education level, years of experience, etc.
· Bachelor’s degree
· Two years experience in Web site design reflective of user intuitiveness is required
· Two years experience in Web marketing that integrates the user perspective is required
· Two years experience is analyzing Web site metrics from a quantitative as well as a qualitative perspective is required. This would include, for example, the development of competitor analysis and action plans to address external threats and opportunities.
· Two years experience in combining metrics from various sources to drive the development of action plans is required
· Two years experience developing projects based on the project development lifecycle is required
· Two years experience working within a content management system is required
· Four years experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio is required
· Two years experience in report writing and developing executive dashboards is required
· Strong coordination skills for interacting with both internal and external customers
· Extensive research, analysis and evaluation skills
· Demonstrated attention to detail
· Excellent organization skills to handle multiple projects, assignments, and priorities
· Demonstrated ability to complete tasks on time with a high degree of quality
· Demonstrated analytical and logical thinking skills (e.g., ability to “think out of the box,” think critically, recognize and anticipate problems, and identify/implement the best solution(s) in a timely manner)
· Sound decision-making skills
