International Software Technology Company (SaaS) opening a new division in the US market is seeking experienced, solutions-focused Account Executives & Integration Architects to develop new business opportunities, while working to maintaining long term client relationships.​

Account Executives

Beesion is seeking ambitious and highly-motivated Software Sales Account Executives.​ Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, AEs will drive next generation collections automation software solutions by identifying, pursuing and closing new customers from assigned lead/​prospect base located within assigned territory.​

Integration Architect

The Integration Architect will ensure that Beesion application software integrates properly with the clients IT infrastructure.​ This is a high profile position that interfaces with external B2B clients, internal sales and integration delivery groups.​ The position requires that candidates have the ability to understand the needs of company clients and can develop technical requirements which will be used by company Delivery Integration Specialists to deliver applications that meet or exceed client expectations.​ Presentation skills are also important in this position.​ The Integration Architect will be trusted with managing the delivery timeline process, to ensure that builds are being released and delivered to the appropriate channels in a timely manner.​

Account Executive Required Skills & Responsibilities:

• Attain monthly sales quota goals and meet required sales prospecting activity levels by successfully implementing activities including, but not limited to: contacting prospective customers by telephone, networking, lead generation, proposal submissions, product demos, agreement negotiations and closing the sale.​

• Identify key prospect problems and business operations issues, and demonstrate how company products can provide effective solutions that can resolve these issues from both a financial and business operations standpoint.​

• Partner with prospects and customers through strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business needs, issues and strategies.​

• Prepare and present professional proposals specific to customer needs that align with their goals, critical success factors, and strategic vision ultimately moving them toward the purchase.​

• Understand the dynamics and structure of prospective and customer organizations to appropriately align with key decision makers and decision influencers.​

• Close sales engagements with customers by gaining commitment to implement the value-adding product solution(s).​

• Implement, and manage actions to cross-sell and up-sell services to existing customers earning additional company business.​

• Collaborate with internal local and overseas company resources to share information and provide assistance as needed, to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.​

• Document all initial and on-going customer contacts in the CRM sales management systems.​

• Other duties as assigned

Additional Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong sales/​customer focus

• Ability to work in conjunction with technical-oriented groups

• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Bilingual English/​Spanish helpful

• Must be computer literate, and proficient with Microsoft Office products

• Business to Business sales experience

• Proven history of successive sales achievements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of quantifiable, successful, direct sales experience in wireless, telecom, software, credit or technology industry.​

Integration Architect Required Skills:

• Excellent listening, solid decision making, troubleshooting and problem solving skills are required.​

• Familiar with Microsoft Operating Systems Administration.​

• Ability to track progress and deal with multiple time-critical issues concurrently.​

• Demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly in a new technical domain.​

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.​

• Trusted understanding of the .​NET platform and C# development.​

• Experience with SQL Server 2000/​2005, Oracle 9i/​10g, and DB2

• Team player with leadership and mentoring skills.​

Additional Skills:

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in technology related field and four or more years of development/​architecture of software experience.​

• Experience with creating and managing complex distributed application architecture.​

• Experience working in a SaaS model.​

• Demonstrated experience in all facets of the Software Development Life Cycle.​

• Experience in system and data security.​

• Microsoft Certification.​

• English/​Spanish helpful.​
