Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P) Project Manager

Responsibilities to include:
Project Management for global initiatives with both technology and process implications.
Must be able to provide project structure and strong team leadership structure to the P2P global and regional implementation teams to ensure delivery to time and cost deadlines.
Must have strong project management skills and experience in working and leading global teams.
Must have experience in working with business users and technical development teams.
As global PM, must be able to identify issues and risks, facilitate mitigation and resolution of issues and interact with senior management on regular basis.
Projects are focused in the procurement to pay functions, therefore must have accounts payables process knowledge to lead team in proactive design solutions.
Responsible for overall project plan, lead regular meetings, provide status updates on all project activities, issues risk, costs. Ensure that program issues are logged and appropriately assigned for remediation. Prepare requirements documents to address issues and needed customizations. Partner with Production support and technology and business integration teams to ensure deliverables are achieved as scheduled.
BA/BS or Equivalent experience.
Proven project management experience required.
Strong communication, problem solving and organization skills required.
ERP knowledge recommended.
Process mindset recommended.
