About the Job
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in related business area or equivalent work experience
*1 or more years of experience in a technical lead role
*Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies, database methodologies and system integration
*Demonstrated experience with Unix operating systems
*Understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures
*Advanced experience programming using PL/SQL, Oracle 10G
*Advanced experience in Diamond core functionality
*Experience with Diamond third party tools preferred (i.e., ClaimCheck, Optimizer, DRG Grouper, APC Pricer)
*PC Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
*Demonstrated experience using SQL or similar query language
*Demonstrated experience using debugging tools
*Demonstrated experience using versioning tools (i.e., Clearcase)
*Demonstrated experience using a report-writing tool (e.g., Crystal Reports, IQ, etc.)
*Healthcare industry knowledge (I would hire without but this very nice to have)
*Experience with RUP methodology and Rational tools
*Experience using Powerbuilder, TOAD
Application Programming Interfaces – Extensive Experience
Diamond – Extensive Experience, at least 3 years
PL/SQL – Extensive Experience
Diamond core functionality experience required
