Initial training will be provided in West Palm Beach, Florida. Ultimately this position is located on Andros Island, Bahamas
Responsible for performing routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on AUTEC facilities of all kinds
Essential Job Functions

* Perform all repairs of all buildings and equipment * Including carpentry, patching, carpet, tile, and linoleum Replacement * Hanging doors, installing windows, replacing sub floors and walls * Building steps, decks, fences and skirting for trailers * Roofing replacements and repairs to include suffix and fascia * Installing cabinetry and repairing cabinets * Patching surfaces using various materials, to include masonry work * Painting both interior and exterior of buildings and units * Perform all duties and Operation of Batch Plant. * Perform layout and all phases of concrete work. * All phases of demolition. * Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification
Must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance.

Basic Qualifications

* High school graduate or equivalent. * 5years related experience working in General Maintenance environment. * Valid Drivers License and passport will be required.

Other Qualifications

* Must be knowledgeable with power tools, saws, drills, planers, shapers, and paint sprayers * Knowledgeable with hammers, trowels, wrenches, clamps and shovels * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Must obtain certifications for all classes of forklifts and must obtain all of the following certifications within 3 months of employment: bobcat, back hoe, front end loader, concrete truck * Must have prior knowledge of concrete pumper * Must be able to lift up to 95 pounds * Must be able to reside in remote location with limited medical facilities.
