Senior Desktop Deployment Consultant

Must have strong operating system deployment skills
Specific skills needed in the following areas:
Vista and XP professional (Working knowledge of enterprise level network configuration and troubleshooting)
SMS OSD (Must have working knowledge of and be familiar with the technical aspects of SMS OSD to include (Capturing, deploying, packaging, advertising, customizing, and troubleshooting)
SCCM OSD (Must have a working knowledge of and be familiar with the technical aspects of OS Deployment within SCCM (Customize, Create, deploy, troubleshoot)
MDT (Must be familiar with the components of MDT and its integration with SCCM)
USMT (User state Migration) (Must have a solid understanding of how USMT is used in the refreshupgrade process when integrated SMSSCCM OS deployments.)
Scripting knowledge (VBScript) (Should be familiar with how to troubleshoot and modify as needed)
High level troubleshooting experience required. (Must be able to use SMSSCCMMDT and USMT logs to assist in root cause determination of desktop deploymentmigration issues)
Specific activities will include:
* Review of design and deployment of AD, including as it relates to DIACAP. * Assistance in the integration and deployment of the standardized desktop image(s) into the network infrastructure for approximately 80 desktops/laptops. * Assistance in the development and execution of a desktop migration process to ensure that end user impact is minimal, and that all appropriate settings, domain membership, files, and data are migrated from the old desktop/laptop to the newly imaged desktop/laptop.May include services in the following areas
* Enterprise Solution Deployment Planning – Remote Locations * Development of a Lab for testing and integration validationViewed: 37 times
