Business Analyst - Coordinator
This Plan Coordinator will interpret PWM Incentive Plans to set up data in Access to calculate baselines for both individual Client Advisors and Teams. Changes to baselines are tracked each month by loading data from EdgeSell, Officer Knowledgebase and Investment Data Warehouse files, using Access to identify officer number changes on accounts (account migrations.) Baselines are compared to revenue each month in Access and reports are produced for each Client Advisor and Team Leader. Excel is used extensively to format files for import into the database. Advanced Access skills are required to write complex queries; interpret existing queries; load data into tables; update the database for Plan changes; build and run reports.
Attention to detail is extremely important to provide accurate reports.
Employee will be expected to train co-workers in using the database to review information for accuracy, make baseline adjustments and research baseline questions from the field. He or she will report to management verbally and in writing on the development and accuracy of the database.
At least 2 years work experience using Advanced Access Database skills
Working knowledge of Sequel or Visual Basic
Advanced Excel skills
Math skills
Analytical skills
Ability to solve complex problems and recommend resolutions
Knowledge of bank products, systems and incentive programs
Written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors Degreee Preferred.
