OEM Software Account Manager

About the Job
Job Summary: The OEM Account Manager position is a mid-level sales and customer support position, with a primary focus on prospecting new customers that could license Sunbelt’s technology for incorporation into their own products.
The ideal candidate will be an autonomous, entrepreneurial self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high degree of comfort working with and learning new technologies.
· Responding to all incoming inquiries for OEM products.
· Following through with prospects, setting up evaluations and following up on progress with evaluations
· Prospecting for new potential OEM customers
· Interfacing with the various groups at Sunbelt, and the VP Bus Dev, to ensure current customers, qualified prospects and evaluators were provided the information and resources needed.
· Drafting and editing marketing collateral as required
· Participating with the team in giving feedback on marketing material and initiatives
· Participating in marketing events (trade shows, webinars and more) as required.
· Providing backup to others in the bus dev team as required during absences or busy period.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record in meeting or exceeding goals in technology sales, preferably in OEM and/or enterprise software markets, and preferably with security products.
· Strong prospecting, qualifying and closing skills are required.
· Must have excellent working knowledge of Windows and the Internet.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team.
