Job Summary The Account Manager (AM) reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.​ These employees are focused squarely on business development.​

Major Responsibilities/​Activities:

  • Execute sales strategy
  • Hit quarterly sales quota
  • Initiate contact with existing and potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and sell appropriate services
  • Manage on-going account maintenance and deliver effective professional proposals
  • Develop sales leads
  • Market to new customers and existing customers
  • Business development
  • Promoting of Coleman Technologies, Inc.​ and establishing name recognition
  • Promoting CTI culture and ethics
  • Extensive proposal writing
  • Preparing daily and/​or weekly presentations
  • Generating new accounts
  • Manage assigned accounts
  • Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
  • Prepare sales information and proposals for customers
  • Call prospective customers and establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and create a customer intimate relationship
  • Work in a team environment and provide feedback and coaching to recruiter population

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+​ years of successful sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar degree preferred
  • Ability to reach expected sales quota the first 90 and 180 days of employment
  • Experience in service oriented sales
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
  • Ability to understand complex technical and selling situations and the ability to solve the problem or solicit the required resources
  • High sense of urgency and interest to learn and teach
  • Ability to work independently to facilitate business success
  • Ability to lead a specialized cross-functional team, assign tasks and provide direction with little to no supervision
