General Summary:

The Onsite Account Manager is responsible for the business performance and operational effectives of service capabilities designed to achieve the company’s objectives.​

* Ensures that all service offers are delivering the expected value to the customers, the retail partner and the company.​ * Provides innovative ideas for creating new services and improving existing services and related operations.​ * Supports merchandizing activities to ensure targeted sales volumes are achieved.​ * Participates in the decision making process for operational initiatives related to delivery of the Services and impact to the stores.​ * Responsible for ensuring the field is executing services in strict accordance with standard operating procedures.​ * Work closely with Service Merchandising to ensure programs and offers can be executed by the field.​ * Ensures that all operational failures are escalated through the proper channel to the responsible parties.​

Primary Responsibilities:

ü Track and report on daily service sales, service escalations and progress against forecast.​

ü Responsible for analyzing sales and margin performance related to various advertising vehicles

ü Attends and actively participates in meeting to establish business riles on the stores behalf

ü Works closely with the IT group on testing of new applications for the stores group

ü Beta program management

ü Revenue Planning and Report Forecasting

ü Manages and oversees service deliver elements of Tech Depot Services

ü Develops innovative ideas to create new services and improve existing services

ü Verifies all new procedures and Service system modifications have been fully tested in the field

ü Closely monitors competitor services and maintains a competitive matrix to be reviewed regularly

ü Engages the field whenever operational execution negatively impacts the customer experience

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (BA/​BS)

· 3-5 years experience in a high volume retail organization

· 2+​ years experience to Service delivery operations preferred

· Overall knowledge and understanding of Service sales and operations

· Overall knowledge and understanding of retail store processes

· Retail merchandizing for technology products and/​or service programs preferred

· Baseline knowledge of the technical (software and hardware) aspects of PC’s

· Baseline knowledge and understanding of Service delivery in retail store and onsite environments

· Must have excellent written and communication skills

· Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task

· Must possess highly developed negotiation, analytical and reasoning skills

· Must have experience in presenting business programs to senior management

· High level of communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management in both the corporate environment and with the field managers
