Manager of eCommerce – Order Fullfillment and Customer Service

This position is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy to improve ecommerce customer service and order fulfillment to drive revenue and brand loyalty. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of ecommerce customer service and order fulfillment on a daily basis. This position will also be responsible for developing, implementing and driving multichannel initiatives. * Develop and implement strategy to improve all aspects of ecommerce operations * Develop strategy, implement and manage multichannel solutions and initiatives * Manage ecommerce call center provider to ensure highest level of customer service * Identify and implement third party solutions and processes to improve Customer Service, Order Fulfillment and multichannel experience * Manage ecommerce DC relationships to ensure all ecommerce shipping changes and updates are implemented and communicated * Implement KPI’s and executive dashboard to track customer service and fulfillment * Continuously improve ecommerce operations through KPI analysis and business process improvement * Manage customer service /order fulfillment issues for successful resolution Requirements: * Three to Five year’s related managerial experience in eCommerce order fulfillment and customer service * Experience managing call center/customer service group required * Bachelor’s degree in related discipline * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, & challenging environment
