full time ERP Business Analyst Sr (Oracle)

Description:

The Lead/Senior Analyst/Programmer (Oracle) performs systems analysis, design, integration, programming, documentation and implementation of applications that are administrative or business oriented in nature. Directs and participates in all phases of software development with emphasis on the analysis, design, integration, programming, testing, documentation and acceptance phases using Oracles Designer/Developer products to include forms, reports, SQL, and PL/SQL. Applies business and data manipulation principles and methods to technical problems to arrive at automated solutions. Designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation, and makes charts and graphs to record results. Prepares and delivers presentations and briefings as required by the Task Order. Responsible for ensuring the quality of services delivered for particular task(s) when performing the Task Leader position.

New Hire and Rehire candidates for this position will be offered the LMOS benefit program. Internal candidates for this position will be able to retain their current benefit program if they are participating in the LMOS, LMES or Corporate benefit programs currently. Other internal candidates will be offered the LMOS benefit program.

Qualifications:
General – The Lead/Senior Analyst/Programmer (Oracle) should possess six (6) years within the past eight (8) calendar years of intensive and progressive experience in performing computer programming and systems analysis in broad-based ADP settings including contemporary computer hardware and programming languages.

Specialized – The Junior Analyst/Programmer should possess three (3) years within the past four (4) calendar years of intensive and progressive experience in complex projects involving ADP software development using current version of Oracle.

Specific – If proposed as a Task Leader, the Junior Analyst/Programmer should possess 12 months experience supervising Oracle Designer/Developer 2000 analysts or programmers in an environment of significant systems development activity.

Please note that General, Specialized and Specific Work Experience may be earned concurrently.

Educational Requirements – The JLead Analyst/Programmer should possess a 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a curriculum or major field of study which either (1) provides substantial knowledge useful in managing large, complex Automated Information System (AIS) projects, (2) is closely related to the work to be automated, or (3) is in Computer Science, a physical science or a mathematics-intensive discipline.
