Description:
As a Computer Network Operations with a focus in Computer Network Attack and Exploitation (CNAE) Planner supporting the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), applies in-depth knowledge of the information environment, the joint planning process, and technical cyber capabilities to develop and coordinate plans that support the cyberspace operational requirements of the command.
Duties and qualifications, identifying both essential and marginal duties:
• Uses Joint, Service and Interagency planning and operational experience to support strategic and operational level planning across the full range of DOD and U.S. Government operations for integrated information and cyberspace operations.
• Supports the development and maintenance of cryptologic FSPs for integration in to operational plans.
• Uses all-source data to understand networks of interest.
• Collaborates with Cyber Operators to identify and levy requirements for intelligence collection and analysis, participates in targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and execution of complex cyber missions.
• Has sufficient technical knowledge to understand cyber capabilities, target vulnerabilities, and effects.
• Collaborates with Cyber Operations, Analysts, and RDT&E Engineers to gain access and technical intelligence to meet planning objectives.
Education, Skill, and Experience Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in the IO or intelligence community
• B.S., or a degree and equivalent experience, in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Technology desired
• Fundamental understanding of CNO (i.e., CNE, CNA, CND) principles, capabilities, limitations, and effects
• Knowledge of the Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES)- Experience with information operations or computer network operations
• General Knowledge of the principles of IO and Information Warfare
• Desire Basic Information Operations (IO) Capabilities Training, Basic CNO Planning Course, and JOPES Overview Courses
Location:
• Tampa, FL
Security Clearance Required:
• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Travel may be required. Anticipated at less than 10%
