Position Description:

A Microsoft Infrastructure Technical Consultant will be focused on the implementation of Microsoft network solutions.​ (Exchange, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2007 Server, Vista, Windows XP, etc) The Technical Consultant will have developed deep technical or functional skills in Microsoft network and desktop architecture that will be used in performing these tasks.​

A Technical Consultant will be part of one or multiple teams and will be placed on a project team that will be defined and organized according to the skills and experience required for the implementation.​ The consultant will be familiar with Microsoft software.​

A Technical Consultant will spend a majority of their time executing tasks related to client delivery.​ Most of this client time will be focused on detailed project tasks.​ A Consultant will also be expected to participate in team building and to develop team and client relationships.​ Any non-client time will be spent on personal training, internal projects and administrative tasks.​

Consulting work will be primarily performed at our client sites.​ Some amount of overnight travel (approximately 35%​ to 50%​) is inherent in any consulting business and will be required of our Team Members.​ Also, client locations may also be spread out over a geographic area and may require additional daily driving time for Team Members to reach their work site.​ Tribridge will reimburse for mileage and out of town travel expenses incurred while working on client sites according to the Tribridge stated policies.​

Responsibilities:

· Consult with clients around the Microsoft desktop and networking.​

· Perform implementation functions with respect to the overall Microsoft enterprise-wide infrastructure solutions.​

· Provide daily support for enterprise Windows server administration and services running on them for Tribridge clients.​

· Evaluate and tune Microsoft servers for maximum performance.​

Education, Certifications and Experience:

· 4-year college degree preferred

· MSCE preferred

· 3+​ years of experience working with Windows 2003 Server

· 5+​ years of experience working Vista, Windows XP

· Experience with Exchange infrastructures, Blackberry Enterprise Server, and spam filtering required

· Knowledge of hardware, including RAID, network hardware, and backup solutions required

· Experience with scalable technology solutions preferred
