Join our dedicated and talented team of individuals all focused on creating the best products in the marketplace.​ We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Account Manager in our Miami offices.​
General Summary:
The District Sales Manager will be directly responsible for managing a team of account managers.​ Motivate, Develop and Control the flow of revenue.​ The District Sales Manager will be a selling manager 4 days out of the week targeting leads for the sale of high-end internet suite of products and vendored products with and for their account managers.​ They will also be responsible for reporting all sales up to the GSM for their respective teams via tracker.​ They will be responsible for quality checking orders in SOLO, quality checking sales after they are made, as well as managing “Aging” for their team.​
Responsibilities:

* Responsible for meeting aggressive sales quotas and objectives.​ Responsible for posting daily sales results.​ * Help their team develop selling strategies prior to contacting designated market using a variety of visual and other sales aids.​ * Keep their team motivated to sell every day, through communication, respect and accountability.​ * Schedules, organizes and prioritizes work to meet customer and directory deadline scheduling demands promptly, accurately and efficiently.​ * Responsible for observing sales calls, coaching employees to optimize results and intervening to resolve performance problems.​ * Responsible for providing guidance and support to develop Account Manager skill sets by coaching, demonstrations, training, preparation and planning reviews, post contact analysis, etc.​ * Responsible for the recruitment of sales talent.​ * Administers performance reviews and takes corrective action as necessary.​ * Responsible for providing feedback to the marketing group concerning communication needs, product development and pricing.​ * Other management duties assigned as needed by GSM.​

Job Requirements:
Though generally day hours, Monday through Friday, the nature of the business requires that they be contacted after normal business hours (evenings) or on Saturdays.​

* Personal auto used for business.​ * Liability and property damage insurance policy required.​ * Valid state driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required.​ * Must be able to travel for extended periods.​ * Satisfactory completion of background investigation is required.​ * Outstanding performance rating in present job and selling experience of Search Engine Marketing in the internet market.​ * Internet Sales experience.​ * Ability to speak languages other than English.​ * Computer experience; knowledge of Company systems, e.​g.​, ACCESS.​
