Job Description:
Our client in Miami, FL is looking for a Windows Engineer with 5 years experience for a 4 month contract position. This person will have professional interaction with internal/external customers (via phone, email or other messaging tools. Candidates must have experience with documenting procedures and managing call cues. This person will resolve support issues where feasible and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience * Windows 2000/2003 * Active Directory * Knowledge of System Security * Must be able to do Troubleshooting/Support/Maintenance – ServersDesktop/End User Support
* Great communication skills * BA/BS Degree * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus * Local candidates are preferred
