Integration Engineer - Jr. - needed for Orlando, FL!
Requirements: The candidate will work on the Integration Team as a software integrator and software configuration manager. Must be able to work with and coordinate between software engineering staff and Test Team.
Responsibilities: The candidate will configuration manage software baselines utilizing CVS, integrate fixes and new capabilities into a common baseline, work with the Test Team to coordinate integration and test efforts, support OneSAF software integrations and step-ups, and resolve trouble reports. Software is Java based and includes Computer Generated Forces (CGF), aviation stations, simulated and real communications and distributed control.
Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Required Skills: 2+ years of experience in OOA/OOD using Java (not Web based) or equivalent language, and development experience in a Linux or Windows environment. 2+ years experience with CVS or equivalent software CM tool.
Other requirements: Must be a US citizen and have (or be able to obtain) a DoD Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills: 2+ years software integration experience; 2+ years software configuration management experience; 1+ years of OneSAF development experience, development experience in Computer Generated Forces (CGF) and HLA/DIS distributed simulation are discriminators.
Salary: $52-54k/yr based on experience
Only local candidates will be considered as no relocation is available. Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Salary based on experience.
