Information Technology Engineer

The Systems Engineer position will be expected to perform the following assignments:
· Accurately update client documentation
· Provide preventative maintenance using our proven process
· Provide remote desktop and systems support
· Provide on-site desktop and systems support
· Contribute to the development of project scopes of work
· Deliver both fixed fee and time and material projects
· Deliver timely, accurate, detailed time reporting documentation
· Be available for after-hours support
· Adhere to an established service delivery model
Required skills and experience as follows:
· Associates degree, technical degree or equivalent work experience
· Current certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Sonic Wall, and/or Citrix
· 3+ years experience in systems support (IT)
· Experience with Active Directory & Group Policy Management
· Hands on Systems Administration skills in current Windows or SBS environments (Server 2003/2008, Sonic Wall, HP, Dell, Symantec, Citrix)
· Knowledge of DNS for use in internal and external name resolution
· Proven knowledge of internet protocols primarily TCP/IP
· Excellent customer service interaction skills
· Reliable transportation
· Visio creation
Required Personal Characteristics
· Ability to effectively manage multiple commitments
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Willingness to have your schedule managed by a service delivery team.
· Ability to work independently without the need for close supervision
· Reliable, honest, trustworthy and committed

Compensation Range $35,000 to $65,000 depending on qualifications, experience, performance and education
Includes Health/Medical/401K/Profit Sharing
Dental, Life and Disability insurance is available through our provider
Company paid personal days plus holidays
Mileage reimbursement
No relocation package will be offered for this position. We are willing to consider candidates for part time and full time positions.
