looking for an ASP .NET/Crystal Reports Software Engineer to develop new applications and support existing applications using Crystal Reports in a Microsoft ASP.NET/SQL Server environment at the Florida Department of Health in Tallahassee.

Job Description
· Provide software development and maintenance
· Provide Crystal Reports development and maintenance
· Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repairing of Crystal Reports applications.
· Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repairing existing applications. Develop and/or modify project documentation as required
· Work closely with IT software developers and customers to develop requirements specifications when required and to provide software that meets the needs of defined requirements & specifications.
Required Skills
· 5+ years demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL Server through SQL2000
· 5+ years demonstrated object-oriented development experience
· 4+ years demonstrated experience developing web-based applications in a Microsoft ASP.NET environment
· 4+ years demonstrated experience with Crystal Reports Designer or higher (creating, sub-reports, grouping, formatting, formulas, etc.)
· 3+ years demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL Server through SQL2005
· Demonstrated experience with the use of SQL Server with Crystal Reports (use of DSN to connect tables and stored procedures and the return of data to report, also use of crystal components to connect to Crystal Enterprise Server to run and return reports to applications(ASP/ASP.NET))
· Experience with Integrating Crystal Reports into ASP/ASP.NET applications
· US Citizenship required
Preferred Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff
· Experience with State of Florida financial systems (FLAIR, etc.)
